Step 1:
After shampooing, apply to clean, damp hair, from mid-lengths to ends, and distribute with fingertips.

Step 2:
Leave on for 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Start with two pumps for medium-length hair. Increase the dose for longer and thicker hair, and decrease it for fine or short hair.
