• Parking in Outremont is free for up to two hours daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Metered parking is available for a maximum of eight hours at the rear of the salon, accessible via Avenue Bloomfield and Campagneur.

We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to secure parking before your appointment.

We recommend arriving at your appointment with your hair styled in your usual way. Please avoid coming in with excessively dirty hair or styled in a bun, as this can make it challenging for your stylist to assess your hair and provide the best recommendations for your ideal cut or colour.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may require a deposit for future bookings.

Failure to show up for your appointment without notice may result in termination of your client status. This policy also applies to repeated tardiness and rescheduling.

To respect everyone's time, please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may lose their appointment, or services may be adjusted accordingly.

Online Booking

All initial payments made during the service booking are non-refundable deposits (minimum $10, equivalent to 15% of the total appointment cost). If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit may be retained to cover costs. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees. Deposits cannot be credited to other bookings.
