Delivery Policy
For regular purchases, we commit to shipping your order within 4 to 6 business days via Canada Post. Shipping is a flat rate regardless of the number of items purchased. Occasionally, an order placed on the website may be cancelled if, for example, the ordered items cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances. Customer service will contact you should this occur. Delivery within Canada only.
Exchange and refund policy

Online purchases can be returned by mail within 30 days of the original purchase date, at your expense, in their original packaging along with the receipt or order confirmation email. Products must be unused and in good condition; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to contact us for an exchange or refund.

We are not responsible for improper handling or misuse of any of our hair products. For personalized and in-depth advice, we suggest visiting one of our stores and speaking with a colorist, or please contact us by email at info@localb.ca .

We do not guarantee hair extensions that have been colored, bleached, and/or cut. We do not guarantee the results of at-home treatments applied to extensions.

It should be noted that damage due to improper handling by the customer is not covered by this warranty.
